Software Updates and Upgrades

 

Support Services

  • Support Hours: 9AM-5PM Monday thru Friday EST.
  • Online Support: We encourage our users to take advantage of our free Online Support Discussion.
  • Email Support: Available to users who purchase a support contract (see below).  Please use support@ezclaim.com 
  • Support Contract: Phone and email support is $295.00 for 6 months.  Please contact 877-650-0904 to purchase a support contract.
  • Per-Call: $55.00 Per Call (maximum of 30 minutes) - Unused minutes cannot be used for additional calls.

Program Support will provide assistance relating to the use of our programs.  We are a software company so we do not advise on medical billing, import or exporting data, networking configuration, or computer hardware.  EZClaim Program Support Policy


Programs No Longer Supported

The following programs are no longer supported by EZClaim:

  • EZClaim Advanced (also known as Advanced 6)
  • EZClaim Basic 5
  • EZClaim HCFA-Helper 4.x
  • EZClaim 3.x
  • EZClaim 2.x
