- Per-Call: $55.00 Per Call (maximum of 30 minutes) - Unused minutes cannot be used for additional calls.

Programs No Longer Supported
The following programs are no longer supported by EZClaim:
- EZClaim Advanced (also known as Advanced 6)
- EZClaim Basic 5
- EZClaim HCFA-Helper 4.x
- EZClaim 3.x
- EZClaim 2.x
