 Post subject: Payor Response Report errors

I have repeatedly gotten errors from Dmerc region C on the electronic response report since the 5010 integration.
Claim status: [SVC Line Response: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT / REJECTED FOR]
Claim status: [ RELATIONAL FIELD IN ERROR.]
Previously I have faxed these into the Electronic Claims department and I had been advised that you are aware of the current problem. Is there a fix yet or what can I do to keep this from happening on our side? Any help would be great!

The problem isn't a blanket error as once thought, the best course of action is to contact the EDI department as they may have some additional information on your issue. 877-650-0904 option 3.
