Is there a way to default a posted payment back to insurance responsibility so that our patients statements won't be 5 or 6 pages long? Currently, we are having to do this manually after auto posting or manually posting.

We are seeing that same problem. Even with the box checked in Options, it still puts balance to patient after ANY insurance payment is made. This is NOT designed correctly.
