We intalled EZClaim 8 on a new machine, when we try to use the Reset Database Location Utility which should clear the registery location. It does not appear to be working. When you go back into EZclaim 8 it accesses the same data location on the local C drive. How do we fix the location to access the data on the Network.

I'm assuming you're talking about accessing the database which is stored on another location on the network?
If that's the case, you need to use CTRL + ALT + O and navigate to the correct DB on the network.
