I am receiving the error "segment REF is expected but segment HL is encountered" when I submit my 5010 test file. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got it fixed .... I needed the Tax ID in the billing provider.
Library/Physicians/ Billing bottom of the page Tax ID type 24 then enter tax ID.
