Can anyone tell me what I need in addition to "A" for acute manifestation when submitting chiropractic claims for Ohio Medicare. I have been unable to pass my testing because of missing info in Loop 2300 CR2. Before the 5010 transition I only populated the acute manifestation field. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact our EDI Department. 877-650-0904 opt 3 – they will need to know what release are you on, are you submitting 4010 or 5010.
