 Post subject: Scheduler not saving changes in the database

Hi, we are a small office with about 8 users and when we make a change to the scheduler (mainly happens with blocking appt.) and then go back to the same appt. block it is gone. We've tried everything such as "refreshing" the program, backing it up, closing it and restarting it, and it still happens. Any ideas or suggestions? We really like EZclaim but the problem with appts "disappearing" is getting tough to work around! Thanks for all the help!

What version and release of the Scheduler are you using?

We are currently using Version 7 Release 79 Build 31
