We have no need to use appointment scheduler for tracking patient appointment, but wonder if it can help with tracking the many deadline/paperwork (6+ year/patient) that we have to maintain on patient like update plan of care.

By putting dates in Appointment Scheduler, could we print out a report with all the dates specific to one patient in text form?

Are we able to transfer information from EZClaim into appointment scheduler like authorization, name, and rendering provider?

In most cases the deadline are predicated on previous date item met. Example, a plan of care is good for 6 months so we need a new one in 6 months. Other dates are set on age like we must do an exit eval at 34 months on many patients.

If this tool can't help and you know of another that can, please advise.
