Is there a way to print personalized notes per patient on statements? Not an across the board statement, but a note for that particular patient and no one else? Also, when I print transactions by patient they are in abc order by the patient's first name not the last, can I change this so that it will do it by last name? Thanks for all of your great help. I really appreciate it!

If you are using Advanced, then yes, there is. Enter the note on the Payers/Other Info tab in the 'Statement Message' field.
