Hi, I just spoke to medicare about this problem , they said when the 835 is sent from them it has only 2 fields and is sent as 19 not 1919. They said that ezclaim software is picking up 1919 and that it is a glich in the software.
Has anyone else from Pennsylvania had this problem?

MY QUESTION IS WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE ERA TO EZCLAIM I GET MOD TYPE MISMATCH

I would suggest updating to the latest release and see if that makes a difference. If not, you'll need to contact us, there may be something wrong with the 835 file.
