I downloaded copies of several versions of different software to input 1500 forms and was going to try all of them out before I purchased one. I opened the EZClaim trial version first and after reading the instructions and inputting only one form I decided that it would be ridiculous to waste any time looking at any of the others. The EZClaim HCFA-helper is exactly that, Very Easy. I especially appreciate the ‘add charge’ feature which automatically copies in all of the previous information for the new charge simply by clicking the date that it occurred. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and once my diagnosis and patient information is entered, these things almost never change. I’m glad I looked at EZClaim first and saved my time.

Your EZClaim billing program enabled us to save considerable time in generating repetitive claims. Moreover, since EZClaim is built using Microsoft Access, which we also use for our patient database, importing the data eliminates duplication of entering the same data. Equally important is the friendly staff who answered all of my questions during the evaluation period.

First of all let me praise you for the nice product ... We use to fill out all our forms by hand. Often this could take anywhere from a day to a week. With EZClaim it takes less than an hour and everything is perfectly printed on our forms. Great work.

Pardon the cliché, but it's true. This program is slick and QUICK! (Let us know when your stock goes on the open market.) I've been looking for a program just like this for over 5 years. No one else came close to offering what you have. This is what any small to medium size medical company needs and is looking for.

I have to say, they came through with flying colors. I bought the service plan as suggested... only had to call twice so far, but the people on the other end were very helpful and understanding!!! I had my EDI testing done in 2 days and am now ready to bill in real time with this software!! Advanced is worth the upgrade!!! Several years ago, at a professional meeting of Orthotists and Prosthetists where I gave a presentation on low-cost office management software, I was asked if I knew of a template that could be used for printing 1500 forms. With a bit of research on the web, I soon stumbled across EZClaim, and I have been recommending it to other O&P practitioners ever since! I have seen the progression of features since Version 2, and the software just keeps getting better! I appreciate that user requests are not only considered but encouraged! I also appreciate that any problems found are remedied quickly and made immediately available for download rather than waiting for or paying for update support. With the easy linking to QuickBooks, I consider EZClaim to be the ideal software for ANY medical office -- especially in a multi-user, multi-location practice.
