EZClaim Software Updates

Support Guidelines
Program Support will provide assistance relating to the
use of our programs. DO NOT call us for support with importing or
exporting data,
networking configuration, or computer hardware problems. As we are a
software company, we do not advise on medical billing.

Program Support Policy
Paid Support
Support Hours - 9AM-5PM Monday thru Thursday, 9AM-12Noon Friday. All Times EST.
Paid Email Support -
Email support is available to paid support users. We encourage our
users to utilize our free Online Support
Discussion (see above) forums.
Per-Call - $55.00 Per Call (maximum of 30 minutes) - Unused minutes cannot be used for additional calls.
Support Contract - $195.00 to $395.00 - Price is dependant on
modules purchased - Program support via telephone or email during the 6 month contract.
Programs No Longer Supported
The following programs are no longer supported by EZClaim:
- EZClaim 2.x
- EZClaim 3.x
- EZClaim HCFA-Helper 4.x
(Registration still available)
If you use any of these versions, you will need to upgrade EZClaim to obtain support. Please call 877-650-0904 for upgrade details.
