EMR Data Base - EMR Data Base is the perfect solution for the small practice. Software requirements are MS Office 2000 or above using your favorite MS Office applications, including MS Word and built in dictation with Office XP and 2003. The program creates superbills (self coding as text is entered), prescriptions, generic referrals, and has a large selection of reports, including the practice daily summary which contains all the coding information used with EZClaim. A Quick Code window allows users to look up and reference all CPT and ICD codes currently used with EZClaim. The program includes charting, scheduling and document management for both multi user and single user environments, along with a remote version which synchronizes with the office software to allow you to take your records with you on a tablet or notebook PC.
