Payment Terms

A credit card will be kept on file and automatically debited each month. A statement showing all charges will be sent monthly.

* If you have multiple providers, please call for pricing.  Flat Fee pricing includes unlimited electronic claims and ERA’s.

** For ‘Per Transaction’ pricing, the $39.00 per month allows for up to 100 claims and/or ERAs per month. Claims and ERAs are $.39 per transaction after the first 100. If a claim is dropped to paper, the claim is charged at $.49 per claim. The $39.00 per month minimum fee is for the first provider, each additional provider adds $10.00 to the per month minimum. Example: 3 providers would be $59.00 per month minimum ($39 + $10 + $10).  Use the clearinghouse calculator to estimate your monthly fees.
